  7.     Creator Matt Groening sees it as "part of our secret scheme
  8. for world domination." But this week's debut album, The
  9. Simpsons Sing the Blues, seems like a natural step for the
  10. ubiquitous cartoon family. The album stars the voices of the
  11. same actors who do THE SIMPSONS TV series, from annoying Bart
  12. to frustrated Marge. While artists such as B.B. King and Buster
  13. Poindexter pitched in with music and vocals, there's no lip
  14. synching. And don't look for the Simpsons to go on tour anytime
  15. soon. Groening, who provides the "rhythmic sucking" of baby
  16. Maggie, says he "doesn't want anyone to have to be inside those
  17. smelly costumes."
